Paulie is very professional and finds the source quick. I got my handle bars adjusted, found out that I needed new crank arms and even was assessed on which muscles was being used while cycling. Not only did I leave feeling more confident on my bike, but I was given some stretches that would help fire up the important muscles for cycling. Paulie’s PT based approach to bike fit changed my life. I had seen several different folks for bike fits over the years, but was never able to find true comfort for those extremely long rugged rides. If you are looking for a bike fit, do yourself a favor and sign up to get fit by Paulie. I had been toying with the idea of getting a bike fit for almost a year due to soft tissue, lower back, and wrist pain while riding. While I had initially been looking for a female bike fitter, Paulie came highly recommended to me by two different women, which was something that was important to me.

Every part of the fitting experience with Paulie was excellent. Paulie is incredibly knowledgeable as physical therapist and a bike fitter and passionate about what he does which comes through during the fit. His fitting process includes looking at body biomechanics in addition to just bike components which is a step above what most bike shops offer. Everything he did he explained in very tangible terms and I learned a lot from the fitting.

What really stands out to me is that the end of the appointment is not the end of the line. After the fitting, Paulie sends out recommended PT exercises to help improve efficiency and comfort on the bike as well as notes from the fit session. He also offers a follow up within 30 days of the initial fit to make sure that the adjustments address the issues at hand.

TLDR: I highly recommend getting a bike fit from Paulie at GO PHYSIO!
